    Copyright Matters

These Electronic Editions © University of Sydney Library.

These texts have been created and are made available for private research and study purposes.

We are keenly aware of issues relating to authors' rights and have made every effort to ensure that the print publications upon which these files have been based are free of copyright. If you have information which suggests otherwise, do not hesitate to let us know.

Many of the texts in the SETIS collections are free of copyright in Australia, but are still in copyright in other parts of the world. If you are consulting these texts outside Australia do not download texts that may still be in copyright in your country.

    Conditions of Use

By their use of these texts, users agree to follow our conditions of use:

  • The texts and images may not be used for any commercial purpose without permission from the University of Sydney Library.
  • The texts are not to be mounted on another server for public or commercial access without permission. Links may, of course, be made from other sites to this site, subject to our conditions of use. The reason for this stipulation is simply that these texts are under constant revision and it is in everyone's interest that we know what version of the texts are being made available. If improvements are made to any of the texts we would appreciate a copy being lodged with us for renewal of the database.

    Disclaimer

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the text files included within the database of Australian Literature. Please let us know of any evident discrepancies.
